Our prime expertise is in solving the Client’s problems in the management, design and build of new or renovated facilities; often whilst our Client requires existing work processes to remain in operation.

The unique challenge in providing facilities for research or advance manufacturing technologies is that often the client is working at the leading edge of its field and defining requirements in an environment where techniques and technology are evolving. This quite often creates situations where specialist solutions are required.

Our strength lies in providing those solutions and guiding the Client in a direction they may not have considered. Our team provides initial concept, project design, costing, resolution and management. We select and employ specialist contractors, as each project requires, who are used to working with us and understand what we require of them.

Our design process takes into account provision for maintenance of facilities after project completion. This is a service that we offer and contract for separately ensuring continuity and peace of mind for the Client. The outcome is a completed ‘fit for the purpose’ project built within budget and to programme.
